Wenn Sie dann noch ein drittes hinzuf\u00fcgen &#8211; Flamenco- dann haben Sie alles f\u00fcr <em>La Fiesta de la Vendimia de Jerez.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Kunst des <em>jerez<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>La Fiesta de la Vendimia<\/em> (das Weinerntefest) findet seit 1948 im September statt, zu Ehren der Weinernte, welche die Sherry-Produktion in der Region anheizt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Palomino-Traube welche typisch f\u00fcr die Region ist, ist eine gew\u00f6hnliche Traube, doch der Prozess den Sherry zu produzieren ist umso komplizierter und wurde im Laufe der letzten Jahrhunderte von den \u00f6rtlichen Produzenten zu einer eigenen Kunstform perfektioniert. &#171;Jerez&#187; sagt es alles; es ist der Name der Stadt und auch das spanische Wort f\u00fcr &#171;Sherry&#187;.<\/p>\n<p>Sherry ist als verg\u00e4rter Wein, welcher von wei\u00dfen Trauben gemacht wird, klassifiziert, der sich vom Wei\u00dfwein haupts\u00e4chlich in seinen Abl\u00e4ufen der Verg\u00e4rung und des Alterns unterscheidet. Der daraus resultierende Sherry nimmt viele Formen an. Es gibt trockene Sherrys wie die &#171;finos&#187;, &#171;amontillados&#187; und &#171;olorosos&#187;; s\u00fc\u00dfe Sherrys wie &#171;Pedro Jimenez&#187; und &#171;Moscatel&#187; und gemischte Creme-Sherrys. Es ist eines der wichtigsten Events der Stadt und zollt drei emblematischen Elementen aus der Kultur von Jerez Anerkennung: Sherry, Pferde und Flamenco. Alle zusammen genommen, ist das Fest eine Feier gef\u00fcllt mit Farben, Musik und Tanz, mit einem Geist von Fr\u00f6hlichkeit der dann in der Luft liegt.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl das Fest mehrere Wochen im September andauert (die exakten Daten \u00fcberschneiden sich mit der Weinernte und m\u00fcssen noch best\u00e4tigt werden), gibt es kein Mangel an Aktivit\u00e4ten. The Haupt-Attraktionen beinhalten Flamenco-Shows, Pferdeshows, Weinkellerei-Besuche, Weinverk\u00f6stigungen, Ausstellungen und Wettbewerbe. Au\u00dferdem gibt es einen Weinernte-Markt wo die Besucher typische Produkte aus Andalusien erwerben k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Das <em>Treten der Weintraube<\/em> ist gewiss eine der wichtigsten Zeremonien und findet traditionell am ersten Tag des Festes statt. Es beginnt mit der Segnung der Trauben durch einen Geistlichen, welche in K\u00f6rben auf den Stufen der Kathedrale liegen. Vier M\u00e4nner in wei\u00dfen Shorts beginnen dann die Trauben zu stampfen. Die Luft ist gef\u00fcllt mit wei\u00dfen Tauben und Musik und diverse Weinausgie\u00dfer stellen sicher, dass alle Zuschauer mit einem Glas &#171;fino&#187; versorgt werden.
