Es ist nicht nur die Vielfalt dieser Miniatur-K\u00f6stlichkeiten, sondern auch die Kultur des <em>tapeo<\/em> \u2013 des Wanderns von Bar zu Bar an warmen Abenden mit Familie und Freunden, um dort einen Umtrunk zu machen, gute Gespr\u00e4che zu f\u00fchren und nat\u00fcrlich eine Menge Tapas zu essen, bis in die ersten Morgenstunden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ein Treffen f\u00fcr Feinschmecker!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jedes Jahr kommen Millionen von Besuchern nach Spanien. Seine Sonne, seine Meere, seine Musik und Kultur sind nur einige der Attraktionen des Landes. Und dann ist da noch das Essen. Nach Aussagen der spanischen Tourismusbeh\u00f6rde <em>Turespa\u00f1a<\/em>, empf\u00e4ngt das Land j\u00e4hrlich \u00fcber 9 Millionen \u201eGourmet-Touristen\u201c und f\u00fcr viele unter ihnen sind die Tapas wie die Sahnehaube auf der Torte.<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb hat Spanien seit 2016 den dritten Donnerstag im Juni zum Welt-Tapas-Tag deklariert, welcher mit speziellen Touren, Workshops und Men\u00fcs zelebriert wird, welche von den Spitzenk\u00f6chen und renommierten Restaurants im ganzen Land entworfen werden. Manche sagen, ihr Ursprung liegt bei K\u00f6nig Alfonso dem X. welcher manchmal ein paar Essensh\u00e4ppchen zwischen den Mahlzeiten mit einem Glas Wein zu sich nahm. Andere sagen wiederum, dass die Tapas von den Feldarbeitern kommen, damit diese den langen Arbeitstag mit einer kleinen St\u00e4rkung durchhielten. Wo auch immer sie herkommen, sind sie jetzt legend\u00e4r und typisch f\u00fcr die spanische Kultur und K\u00fcche.<\/p>\n<p>Tapas sind eigentlich eher bescheidene Gaben, doch ihre Vielfalt ist erstaunlich. Oliven, kleine frittierte Fische und Kroketten sind \u00fcber das ganze Land hindurch zu finden, doch jede Region hat auch ihre eigenen Spezialit\u00e4ten. K\u00fchlere Regionen bieten schwerere Tapas wie <em>patatas bravas<\/em> (Kartoffelschnitze in scharfer Tomatensauce), <em>pimientos rellenos<\/em> (gef\u00fcllte Paprikaschoten) und calamares a la romana (frittierte Tintenfischringe) an. In S\u00fcdspanien hingegen finden sich eher kalte Tapas wie K\u00e4se und der Iberische Schinken.
