Januar 2018 zur Spanischen Hauptstadt der Gastronomie ernannt. Der Leitspruch der Stadt \u2018Manjar de Reyes\u2019 (K\u00f6nigliche K\u00f6stlichkeiten) spielt auf die historische Verbindung der Stadt zu den Katholischen K\u00f6nigen Ferdinand von Arag\u00f3n und Isabella von Kastilien an. Man kann mit Recht sagen, dass die regionale K\u00fcche in der Tat auch den Anspr\u00fcchen von K\u00f6nigen gerecht wird. Le\u00f3n \u00fcbernahm den Titel der Hauptstadt der Gastronomie von Huelva und schlug dabei mehrere Wettbewerber, wie die Stadt Cuenca und viele mehr. Hier einige der Gr\u00fcnde, warum die Richter zu der Entscheidung kamen, Le\u00f3n den Zuschlag zu erteilen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Vielfalt der heimischen Gerichte<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le\u00f3n bietet eine gro\u00dfe Vielfalt an heimischen Gerichten, die sowohl f\u00fcr die Stadt selbst typisch sind, als auch f\u00fcr die umliegende Provinz Le\u00f3n. Dazu geh\u00f6rt die\u00a0<em>Cecina<\/em> (D\u00f6rrfleisch),\u00a0<em>Valde\u00f3n<\/em>-K\u00e4se, der <em>Botillo<\/em>\u00a0(eine Wurstspezialit\u00e4t), und gegrillte Paprikaschoten aus dem Bierzo. Die Stadt hat au\u00dferdem 1.200 Restaurants, darunter Cocinandos, das unter den mit Michelin-Sternen ausgezeichneten Restaurants das erschwinglichste des Landes ist. Als weiterer Bonus ist hervorzuheben, dass Le\u00f3n eine der wenigen St\u00e4dte in Spanien ist, die immer noch zu jedem Getr\u00e4nke eine kostenlose Tapa serviert. Der Antrag von Le\u00f3n wurde auch von weltbekannten spanischen Meisterk\u00f6chen unterst\u00fctzt, wie Juan Mari Arzak, Mart\u00edn Berasategui und den Br\u00fcdern Roca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was findet man noch in Le\u00f3n\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Weg \u00fcber die K\u00fcche ist eine hervorragende M\u00f6glichkeit, um sich mit der Stadt und der Region Kastilien-Le\u00f3n vertraut zu machen. In der Stadt gibt es zahlreiche reizvolle Viertel, wie das Barrio Humedo (das feuchte Viertel, aufgrund der hohen Anzahl an Bars und Restaurants in diesem Bereich).
